I have this intense feeling of dread, like some evil shadow is closing in on me, eager to sap all the energy and happiness from me.

Oh yeah. I must have a birthday coming up.

1. So I haven't seen you in 5+ years...what's one thing about you that has changed significantly? Besides getting married and producing your heir.

I have learned to trust my wife. A lot more that I ever trusted my ex.

2. Is there anything in your life that you truly regret and would change?

I truly regret approving of my mom's second marriage quickly without seeing who he really was. He gave me a major confidence problem.

3. Can you cook? I mean, really cook?

Not really. But I am really good at following the directions on a box.

4. So, you've spent a long, hard day slogging at work... walk me through the rest of your day.

Come home after 45 minutes to an hour on the road from Goleta. Kiss my wife and spend maybe 15 minutes with her before she heads out the door to her job. Dink on the computer while the kids watch SpongeBob and the Fairly Oddparents. Make dinner for the kids and then attempt to do some homework with Crysta. Give up after about a half-hour of pleading and then tell her to get her PJs on and get in bed. Then keep the little one from getting into mischief and watch some TV and climb into bed with the boy and go to sleep.

5. Reunions: fun get-togethers or wastes of time?

I like reunions, mostly for the curiosity of what the hell everybody else has been doing and what they look like. BTW, adria_rhiannon, got any pictures of you and family I can look at?
